This is a blog to help hold me accountable in maintaining myself at a healthy weight. I'll write about everything I am doing in my kitchen including new recipes that are grain-free and refined sugar-free. God told me all things are possible through Him who strengthens me. I am trusting in that promise. He provides me with delicious foods to make incredible meals and treats that are yummy and very satisfying! I hope this expands your desire to try new and interesting recipes with me.
